Portfolio Review

Industrial design is a rational process, often involving the creation of component-based systems that are reduced and refined to their core essentials.

We have been commissioned to review a number of our client's portfolios using this approach. It is particularly effective when we are given cross-team and cross-hierachy access, allowing us multi-perspective insight to company operations. 

This efficiency exercise has dual benefits, ensuring both the best use of company resources and focusing efforts on the quality of the reduced range. The System M switch range for Merten is a good example.
