Brooklyn Public Library Plaza Digital Signage

Environmental Graphics firm LVCK was commissioned to project manage the design and delivery of two digital kiosks at the Central Library in Brooklyn while they worked on the External Signage Update project, to ensure the elements formed a coherent family.

LVCK proposed Billings Jackson as industrial designer on the strength of the NYC coordinated street furniture and the WalkNYC wayfinding totems. The resulting kiosks are simple, elegant and robust and complement the austere beauty of the library architecture.
