Airport SFO Passenger Information System

Billings Jackson worked with wayfinding specialists City ID on this project, which sets a new global benchmark for wayfinding within the aviation sector. The system combines ambitious changes in airport operations with world-class product and service design.

The result has been the redesign of all wayfinding interaction points across the airport, creating a system that is more effective and intuitive to use, as well as being more sustainable to manage and maintain.

The signage is manufactured by Trueform Engineering.
